  I never post ratings for anything but I had to because this is the worst chase ever. Ok maybe I'm exaggerating but why even have teller windows if they are going to be closed when customers are in there? As soon as you walk in the bank there is a super eager kind of annoying person that's always trying to greet you. Like I get you can be nice but you don't have to tell me bye as I'm leaving that's just weird. And it's not even a bye, it's a prolonged bye: thank you for visiting this chase, have a good day, happy holidays. I miss the days when there were tellers actually there to help you. They are always trying to push you to the stupid machines, I hate those things. I went in today and I didn't have my card I had my ID, I went to stand in line and the tellers windows wasn't open, a guy came in from the back to help me, he took all my information went to the back and came out again. Like what happened to the days of old...ANNNDDD they don't even have kiosk outside!!! What's up with that?!?! I was so happy that a chase was coming to that area and we can't even get money out 24/7!!
